There are many things to consider when selling online. This also applies to receiving returns. When receiving returns, it is sometimes the case that a product has already been unpacked, meaning it can no longer be sold as a new product. That is why we have to sell it as a 2nd hand product even though it has actually not been used for more than 30 minutes (at most). All items have been checked for defects and effectiveness.
