We ship our parcels with several carriers, including PostNL, DPD and XXL Pakket.

Track your order online

The email tells you which carrier will deliver your parcel, and track and trace shows you when it will arrive. No update in your track and trace? Then you do not need to stay at home.

Free take-back of your old appliance

When you buy a new appliance, we take back your comparable old appliance free of charge. Contact customer service after delivery and we will arrange the collection.
