Returns

The following only applies to items purchased via www.fodor.nl.

Not only are Fodor's products top-notch, our service is also of excellent quality. Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase? Then you can, under certain conditions, return most products to us.

Return of the Products is at the expense and risk of the Buyer. This means that Fodor is not liable if returned items are damaged or lost.

Please use the withdrawal form. You can download this form at the bottom of this page.

Within 14 days

Fodor accepts returned items as long as you return them within 14 days of receipt. Always include a copy of the invoice or copy of the packing slip. The product must be in its original, undamaged condition, complete with any accessories. We do not credit invoices for used or damaged items.

As soon as we have received the return shipment, we will send an email for confirmation.

If everything is in order, we will refund the amount via the payment method used. The amount will be credited to your account within 14 days.
