The following only applies to items purchased via www.fodor.nl.
Not only are Fodor's products top quality, our service is excellent too. Still not completely satisfied with your purchase? Then, under certain conditions, you can return most products to us.
Returns are free: register your return with us and we will send you a return label.
Please use the withdrawal form. You can download this form at the bottom of this page.
Within 30 days
Fodor accepts returned items as long as you send them back within 30 days of receipt. Always include a copy of the invoice or packing slip. The product must be in its original, undamaged condition, complete with any accessories. You may try out the product as you would in a shop. If you use it more than is needed to assess it, we may charge you for the loss in value.

As soon as we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation email.
If everything is in order, we will refund the amount via the payment method used. The amount will be in your account within 14 days at the latest.
