Fat tyres for the beach and the forest trail, and afterwards it folds up. The BOHLT Fat Twenty is a folding fat bike on 20 inch tyres with 6 Shimano gears and a removable 375 Wh battery. The 250 W motor assists up to 25 km/h and, according to the manufacturer's specifications, you can ride up to 40 kilometres on one charge.

Riding and shifting

The assistance has 3 levels: one for riding along at an easy pace, one for your daily round and one for headwinds. With 6 Shimano gears, you pedal comfortably at any pace. Wide fat tyres roll over beach access paths, forest trails and loose cobbles without you having to steer around them.

Battery and charging

The battery delivers 48 volts at 7.8 Ah, 375 Wh in total. You take the pack out of the frame and charge it indoors, while the bike stays in the shed, the camper van or the storage room. A full charge takes about 5 hours, and you can top up at any time.

Brakes and suspension

Disc brakes front and rear give a short braking distance and stay predictable on wet roads too. The suspension fork absorbs speed bumps and kerbs. A front light is included.

Folding and taking it with you

The aluminium frame folds in the middle, after which you can put the Fat Twenty in a car boot, a camper van or a storage space. Unfolded, it measures 173.2 x 115 x 58 cm. The weight is 28 kg including battery, the maximum load 120 kg.
